The Difference Between Migraine and Normal Headache.

Most people do not realize this, but it is more of a normal headache as it seems at first sight. To ensure proper treatment, we must understand the fundamental difference between the normal headaches and migraines. In general, the difference is based on a specific body part caused by, and position, which brings the state. Normal headaches are tension headaches, sinus headaches and cluster headaches. Migraine is a completely different disease.

Normal Headaches

Some doctors recommend avoiding citrus fruits, nuts and chocolate, but the ability of these foods that cause migraine has yet to be determined. It can also affect a person's genetic makeup and can lead to violence.

Migraine may have different consequences from one person to another, but some symptoms are common to all, which is a migraine. One way to tell if you have a migraine attack is that the headache just focus on one side of the head. Pain is a small, but is gradually deteriorating to the point where a person's ability to function is completely normal to be affected. Some patients also report experiencing weakness, vomiting and difficulty in meeting the light.

Another symptom that is common for people who suffer from migraine headaches happen before and is known as an aura. They may also experience numbness, yawning, speech difficulties, and feeling sleepy before the dreaded headache. Regular headache medicine will not help anyone who suffers from migraine attacks, it is very important to tell which is which before drug administration, so that complications can be avoided.

There are two ways to attack migraine: preventive and abortive. Prevention method that focuses on stopping the attack and include medications such as propanolol, timolol, and Inderal. Failure mode, on the other hand, involves the use of anti-inflammatory drugs, which aim to reduce future attacks.

There is no cure for migraine. When a person suffers from a migraine attack, there is no way to guarantee that this will not happen again. However, with the help of a doctor once noted, what needs to be done to reduce the risk of future attacks and to be ready at all times when the disease does not decide to attack.
